Blanche de Namur is the multiple award-winning Belgian white beer of Brewery Du Bocq. It is famed for its roundness and delicacy, its floral and fruity nose and taste, and its extremely refreshing and quaffable character. Launched only this year, Blanche de Namur Hop ‘n Spice is the latest variation of this impressive white beer. The addition of Mosaic Hop creates an extra dimension of a fruity, grassy aroma. It also results in an intense and clean bitter touch which makes it very different from its base beer. Just like the name suggests, spices also play a big part in the taste experience. Apart from the coriander and liquorice already present in Blanche de Namur, Hop ‘n Spice also makes great use of ginger, ensuring a tingling spicy sensation. Maybe you could even call it a white IPA, topped off with a touch of ginger.
