トリプル・モワンは、透き通った、金色のような琥珀色のようなビールで、しっかりした白い泡の伝統的なベルジャン・トリプル・エールです。少し複雑な味わいで、有名なベルギーの酵母の香りがするフルボディのビールです。アルコール度数は7.3％で、トリプルとしてそんなに高くはないかもしれませんが、アルコールの風味がはっきりしています。その風味と共に、酵母から来るバナナのアロマを楽しむことができます。その上、後味にはレモンやオレンジのような柑橘系と洋ナシのような味わいもしっかりとあります。

とてもフルーティーであるにもかかわらず、十分な苦味とのバランスがとても良いです。後味はかなり長く続き、飲むほどにこのビールはおいしくなります。

Triple Moine is a traditional Belgian tripel ale with a clear, golden to amber colored appearance and a firm white head. It is a robust beer with very recognizable Belgian yeast aroma and a little bit complex taste. For a tripel, 7.3% is not the highest alcohol volume you can find out there, but the flavor of alcohol is clearly perceptible. Along with the alcohol come touches of banana from the Belgian yeast. However, they are equaled by citrusy flavors of lemon, orange and pear in the aftertaste. Despite the abundant fruitiness of this ale, it offers enough bitterness to create a very well-balanced taste experience. The aftertaste lingers for quite a while, making this beer grow on you the more you drink it.
