リーフマンス醸造所は、レッドビールやブラウンビールのような伝統的で酸味のあるビールを専門としていましたが、数十年前からこれらを様々なフルーツと組み合わせたビールを造るようになりました。この経験が、低アルコールのフルーツビールを造るきっかけとなりました。リーフマンス・ピーチもこうして造られたビールのひとつです。
リーフマンス・ピーチは、甘くフルーティーな新鮮な桃の香りと、アプリコット、ライム、パイナップルを感じさせるほのかな酸味のバランスが絶妙です。一口飲むだけでトロピカルな気分を味わえます。
ラドラーの様な食前酒に最適です。気分転換にはオンザロックも最高です！
Brewery Liefmans specializes in traditional sour red and brown beers, but started combining these with various fruits a few decades ago. This experience gave the brewery the chance to create some other low alcohol fruit beers, such as Liefmans Peach.
With Liefmans Peach you can experience the abundant sweet and fruity aroma of fresh peaches, perfectly balanced by subtle sour notes of other fruits like apricots, lime and pineapple. This refreshing blend of exotic fruits transports you immediately to a tropical place!
Like radlers, it serves extremely well as an apero beer. For extra refreshment we recommend serving Liefmans Peach on the rocks.
