2026年、新しくなったシュフのラインナップのラベルのお披露目を記念して、ボトルに登場するのはマルセル君本人ではなく、彼のお気に入りの森の風景です。豊かな自然の中、穏やかで心地よい場所。そこが、マルセルが仲間とともにこの大瓶のビールを分かち合うのにぴったりの場所なのです。
ビッグ・シュフ・ボトルには、ラ・シュフが詰められています。ラ・シュフは、黄金色のビールで、1982年、アルデンヌ地方の小さな小屋で、2人の友人たちによって作られたベルギー最初のクラフトビールと言われています。新鮮なコリアンダーとフルーティーな風味を組み合わせ、わずかにホッピー。スパイシーなアロマは、ペッパーを思わせる後味にも感じられます。8％と高いアルコール度数ですが、強すぎる感覚はなく、むしろ爽やかなビールです。

Marcel, the little mischievous Chouffe gnome that adorns the beer’s labels, loves to have his picture taken. So much that since 2005 he started to appear in yearly collector’s editions!
In 2026, so celebrate the new labels Chouffe range, it’s not Marcel that appears in the bottle, but rather his favorite spot out in the woods. In the middle of nature, a peaceful and lovely place, that’s where Marcel prefers to share this big bottle of beer with his friends.
Called Big Chouffe, these 1.5L bottle contain La Chouffe. This golden beer can be called the first Belgian Craft Beer as it has been created in a small shack in the beautiful Ardennes region by 2 friends as early as 1982. It has a slight hoppy taste, combining notes of fresh coriander and fruity tones. The spiciness in the nose can also be found in the peppery aftertaste. Although topping at 8% alcohol, the beer never feels too heavy and is rather refreshing.
