ビッグ・シュフ・ボトルには、ラ・シュフが詰められています。ラ・シュフは、黄金色のビールで、1982年、アルデンヌ地方の小さな小屋で、2人の友人たちによって作られたベルギー最初のクラフトビールと言われています。新鮮なコリアンダーとフルーティーな風味を組み合わせ、わずかにホッピー。スパイシーなアロマは、ペッパーを思わせる後味にも感じられます。8％と高いアルコール度数ですが、強すぎる感覚はなく、むしろ爽やかなビールです。
Called Big Chouffe, these 1.5L bottle contain La Chouffe. This golden beer can be called the first Belgian Craft Beer as it has been created in a small shack in the beautiful Ardennes region by 2 friends as early as 1982. It has a slight hoppy taste, combining notes of fresh coriander and fruity tones. The spiciness in the nose can also be found in the peppery aftertaste. Although topping at 8% alcohol, the beer never feels too heavy and is rather refreshing.
