This dark degustation beer of a whopping 11.2% alcohol volume comes in an innocent package but is dangerously tasteful. With aromas of rum, caramel and exotic fruits, Cuvee Clarisse Rum Infused is enticing from the very start. A combination of the brewery’s own beer “Cuvee Clarisse” and its own rum “Omerta”, Cuvee Clarisse Rum Infused boasts characteristics of both beverages. Malty, dark fruity and brown sugar notes from the beer, funky and spicy notes from the rum. A distinctive malty and rounded aftertaste lingers in the tongue, while the alcohol warms the mouth and throat.
