To create Cuvee Clarisse Whiskey Infused, the brewery looked in their own assortment to make magic happen. The smooth, dark and strong Cuvee Clarisse was infused with the Wild Weasel Whiskey, a silver award winning whiskey from Brewery Wilderen’s own distillery. A ruby red beer of 10.2%, Cuvee Clarisse Whiskey Infused has a subtle aroma of bourbon, dark fruits, vanilla and licorice flavors. Woody and caramelly notes are the proverbial cherry on the pie. The distinctive malty, sweet bitter and rounded aftertaste makes for a truly heavenly enjoyment. In 2023, Cuvee Clarisse Whiskey Infused won the Best Spirits Infused Beer of Belgium Award at the World Beer Awards.
